As a Project Manager WaaS (“PM WaaS”), you initiate, execute, and complete projects across various industries using your project management expertise.
You have diverse skill sets that allow you to approach each assignment in a unique and strategic way. Most importantly, you understand how to leverage your project management skills to foster both Customer (Industry) and I-care’s ability to learn, succeed, and evolve with a project.
Essentially, you oversee projects from start to finish. You supervise tasks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that every aspect of the project is completed on time. You are able to foresee potential blockers and find proper solutions to mitigate or eliminate them so that they don’t impede a project’s success.
As a qualified and experienced project manager in the industry, you are aptly skilled in the following areas:
You have proven experience in project management on industrial site in a technical field (maintenance, engineering, production)
You are familiar with the notions of safety in industry (work permits, individual and collective protection, lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures, factory and site acceptance tests and reports, ...)
You effectively lead and communicate with both Customer and I-care teams as well as stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.
You handle the organization and delegation of tasks. You also ensure that all project materials and deliverables are completed on time.
You understand how to resolve issues and adapt your projects creatively to avoid mishaps and losses.
You ensure the stakeholders and team members stay motivated throughout a project’s lifecycle. Moreover, you are able to manage a team to ensure top-quality results and on-time completion of project deliverables.
