WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in your role, you need:
- to have a good level of English and a strong knowledge of Dutch and/or French
- to have knowledge and understanding of Belgium Social Legislation Law
- solid knowledge of MS Office package, especially with Excel
- a strong learning mindset, as we expect you to be aware of the legal changes and updates linked to social law
- knowledge of how to use IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply to standards and provide direction- good communications skills to connect with out internal stakeholders (co-workers - managers) for all questions they may have.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Payroll administrator (we call this internally P&C Administrator), you will:
- Execute People & Culture (HR) administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, timekeeping
- Collaborate closely within the Administration team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work
- Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard
