Position Overview
The Pricing Analyst will serve as the technical lead on Pricing activities supporting the Insulet International business, both current and expansion.
This position sits in the Market access group that supports all the International countries, under the supervision of the Strategic Pricing Senior Manager.
As Pricing Analyst you will work for pricing governance and discipline by contributing to develop pricing tools through the use of data and pricing research or competitive intelligence.
You will provide the analytics and build pricing dashboards for our product portfolio providing pricing corridors across products for countries.
In addition, you will be part of the pricing implementation operations in relation with Commercial Operations, Finance & SAP Team.
Key to this role is the ability to understand, utilize and develop the best pricing tools needed by the Pricing function in order to collaborate effectively with the internal clients of the Insulet International organization.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Strategic Pricing Senior Manager to make ad hoc studies on pricing, reimbursement system, market dynamic, customer segmentation and provide elements of recommendations on pricing.
- Provide the analytics and utilize best tools to maintain pricing dashboards.
- Ensure Operational pricing activities with Accounting & Commercial Operations .
- Participate with FP&A to pricing assumptions validation for short term or long term range projects.
- Contribute to international pricing framework aligned with the Global pricing framework.
Qualification, Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical and/ or medical device EU or Global Market Access space.
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with MS Office Suite and Excel models.
- Experience in managing financial/pricing tools for analytics.
- Ability to prioritize and drive for results with an emphasis on quality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Capacity to lead and deliver projects independently.
- Ability to generate and maintain accurate records.
- Strategic mind-set and open-minded to foster innovation.
- Fluent in English.
Physical Requirements:
- Travel globally as required (less than 30%).
- This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements. (work from home/virtually 100% or may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired).
- Country of residence : UK, NL, Belgium, Germany or France.
