I am currently partnered with an exciting Building Materials Manufacturer that is making significant strides in the industry, known for their innovative products. They are seeking a Director of Operations to help lead their Operations across Europe. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision and operational expertise to drive their growth and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational activities within European markets to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee supply chain management to optimize logistics and product delivery.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to innovate and improve product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor analytics to inform business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement throughout the organization.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the Building Materials industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with project management and operational excellence practices.
