PROJECT MANAGER & BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will serve as a forward-thinking explorer, identifying and evaluating unique investment and development opportunities across various sectors, including hospitality, real estate, sustainable forestry, and creative ventures. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative vision, and entrepreneurial instinct to assess the viability and potential of projects, offering strategic recommendations to maximize value and impact.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys fieldwork, and has a keen eye for both risks and opportunities. This person will travel to project sites, conduct in-depth research, and provide actionable insights that guide investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Opportunity Identification & Scouting
- Travel to prospective locations (e.g., hospitality sites, , real estate investment opportunities) to conduct on-the-ground assessments.
- Investigate and analyze emerging trends, untapped markets, and underutilized assets that align with the client’s vision and long-term strategy.
- Establish relationships with local stakeholders, industry experts, and authorities to gain insights into potential opportunities.
2. Feasibility Analysis & Due Diligence
- Conduct deep-dive evaluations of potential projects, identifying key risks, benefits, and economic viability.
- Assess environmental, legal, and logistical factors that could impact project success.
- Prepare comparative reports, weighing pros and cons, and suggesting strategic directions for each opportunity.
- Work closely with financial analysts, architects, environmental consultants, and other experts to validate findings.
3. Concept Development & Strategic Vision
- Think beyond conventional solutions to propose innovative and sustainable approaches for project development.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and business strategists to shape project concepts and define their unique value propositions.
- Identify ways to integrate sustainability, cutting-edge design, and market differentiation into each venture.
4. Reporting & Recommendations
- Provide detailed, well-structured reports with findings, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Present findings to key decision-makers, articulating both quantitative analysis and qualitative observations.
- Offer actionable roadmaps for project execution, including potential next steps and partnership opportunities.
