The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience as Scrum Master

Degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems or something similar;

Experience in project Jira standardization for more than 3 years;

Participation, in a project environment, as a Scrum Master for more than 2 years;

Planning and organizing project plans for different initiatives;

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall);

Monitoring the execution of the plan, monitoring dependencies, risks and issues and communicating with project teams with the aim of mitigating their impact on the completion of the project;

Analysis of KPIs to monitor team performance.

Fluent in English and/or Dutch

Hybrid work in Belgium
