Mission Overview:

The role within Keystone Solutions’ recruitment department focuses on a consultancy mission at a client site. We are excited to present an opportunity for a Consumer Centricity Data Product Owner within a dynamic energy sector project for our client, a key player in the European energy landscape.

As part of Keystone Solutions, you will contribute to building sustainable energy solutions that stimulate economic growth and reduce ecological footprints. Our client, a European transmission system operator, is engaged in critical initiatives to ensure the reliability and sustainability of electricity supply.

Service Description:

Our client is addressing significant challenges such as the decade of electrification, necessitating the development of Consumer Centric Energy Solutions. Increasing shares of sustainable energy resources require innovative consumption behaviors and data accessibility for customers.

Within the Consumer Centricity department, a new product line is created to ensure robust and secure data exchange ecosystems, making our client a trusted partner in energy data exchange. This Product Line, termed IDEA (Integrated Data Everywhere Anytime), operates cross-country between Belgium and Germany and encompasses Batch Metering Data, Batch non-Metering Data, and Added Value data services.

The primary mission of IDEA is to ensure the availability of metering, contracting, assets, and commercial data for customers, delivering harmonized services, ensuring dashboard consistency, and adapting authorization services to meet customer needs.

We are currently searching for a Product Owner for the Metering Product. You will empower internal and external users to access metering and customer data efficiently, fulfilling client needs while complying with legal obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Align product vision with customer needs and company goals.
• Build and prioritize the product backlog with the scrum team.
• Drive sprint and release plans with the Scrum Master.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively about the product vision and performance.
• Ensure adherence to agile processes for timely delivery of business value.
• Ensure the product meets quality standards and documentation is thorough.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• You have proven knowledge in data products and customer/user journeys.
• You have experience in Agile Development, specifically as a Product Owner.
• Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex messages and user trade-offs.
• Understanding of the energy sector and industry trends is a plus.
• Ability to engage in discussions with technology teams on opportunities and risks.
• Leadership qualities to take decisive product decisions.
• Ability to lead a diverse team effectively and challenge the status quo for new solutions.

Additional Information:

• Work regime: fulltime.
• Location: Empereur, with occasional travel to Berlin.
• Non-EU candidates must possess a valid work and residence permit for Belgium.
