We are looking for a corporate lawyer for one of the largest independent law firms in Belgium, with approximately 70 lawyers. They advise Belgian and international companies on the legal aspects of transactions and their disputes.

Indeed, the client is looking for 8 different profiles in corporate law to strengthen their Corporate and M&A team. You will join a young and dynamic team to work on challenging cases. You will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with a very reputable Partner who guarantees you to dive into the most interesting files as soon as you join the team.

Your missions and responsibilities

• Provide excellent advice on the field of corporate matters
• Participate on sharing knowledge with presenting your expertise to your formal colleagues
• Manage, control, and review legal documents
• Suggest, anticipate, and implement strategic considerations

The perfect profile

• Dutch or French or German speaker & fluent in English
• 2 to 7 years of experience in corporate M&A law
• If you have worked or studied abroad, it’s considered as an asset
• Team player & entrepreneurial spirit
