Team Leader – Compliance & KYC

Your duties and responsibilities?

You will be responsible for the coordination and coaching of a team of 10 compliance professionals, while contributing to the overall integrity and risk management of the company.

• Lead and support your team through change and ongoing improvement projects
• Organize and supervise day-to-day KYx (KYC & intermediary due diligence) operations
• Drive efficiency and quality by optimizing procedures and monitoring controls
• Set clear individual objectives and provide ongoing feedback
• Ensure close collaboration with the Compliance department
• Contribute to cross-functional working groups at company level

Ideal profile?

• Experience: At least 5 years in banking/insurance/credit with either strong KYC/AML expertise or people management background
• Languages: Fluent in French & Dutch (min. B2 in both) – English is a plus
• Qualifications: Higher education in Finance, Law, or Business – or equivalent through experience
