Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer engagement, automation, and data-driven marketing in a dynamic SaaS environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Email Campaign Management:

  • Plan and launch campaigns for product announcements, onboarding sequences, newsletters, and promotional offers.
  • Align email initiatives with the customer journey from free sign-up through upsell and retention.


Segmentation & Personalization:


  • Use HubSpot to segment email lists based on behavior, lifecycle stages, and firmographics.
  • Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to boost engagement.


Automation & Workflows:


  • Build and optimize automated workflows in HubSpot, including lead nurturing, free-to-paid conversion, re-engagement, and churn prevention.
  • Integrate email automation with CRM data for timely, personalized communication.


A/B Testing & Optimization:


  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and CTAs to optimize open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce actionable, data-driven reports.


Compliance & Deliverability:


  • Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection laws.
  • Monitor deliverability and maintain email list hygiene.


Collaboration:


  • Partner with product marketing, sales, and support teams to align on email marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to create impactful templates and assets.


Qualifications:


  • 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot email marketing and CRM (HubSpot Email Marketing Certification is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics like MRR, churn, CAC, and LTV.
  • Expertise in email best practices, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) through onboarding and feature adoption campaigns.
