Job Posting for Country Manager (BeLux) at Medier Agency
Medier is looking for a proactive Belgium and Luxembourg Country Manager to develop the market and deliver profitability of the company's brands. As a Country Manager, you would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and thinking skills. You will be responsible for driving business growth, supervising operations, and establishing our brands as leading players in the market.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges
Develop tailored, country-specific market strategies to enhance our positioning and growth within the industry
Recruit, train the different teams to ensure they are well-equipped to adapt to local market nuances and contribute to our global success
Monitor and optimize our websites, focusing on user experience excellence and ensuring they are always up-to-date and running smoothly
Conceptualize and implement creative promotional strategies for our casino and sports products to boost market visibility and user engagement
Drive continuous improvement of key business KPIs through data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives
Maintain regular communication with head office, including weekly sync-ups and comprehensive reporting on market developments and performance metrics
Established relationships with local regulatory bodies and comprehensive knowledge of Entertainment industry laws and regulations in the region
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in the Entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics
Strong familiarity with the country/region's culture, business practices, and economic landscape, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning
Proven track record of navigating regulatory frameworks and demonstrating ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, eager to work within a team to meet company goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Native in Dutch, fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or local language(s) is considered a plus
The position is open in Malta (Hybrid) or Remotely
