To strengthen their medical affairs team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to cover Belgium.

Your Role

As a Medical Science Liaison, you will act as the scientific bridge between the company and the medical community. You will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and medical societies.
• Deliver fair, balanced, and non-promotional scientific exchange in alignment with medical strategy.
• Support the execution of medical activities, including advisory boards, local expert meetings, and congresses.
• Serve as a key medical contact for clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies.
• Collect and communicate field insights to support internal strategies.
• Ensure medical compliance with internal procedures and local regulations.

Your Profile

• Scientific background (PharmD, MD, PhD, or MSc in life sciences).
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a Medical Affairs/MSL role.
• Previous exposure to CNS, addiction medicine, or oncology is considered a strong asset.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, a builder and able to thrive in a cross-functional setting.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a strong plus.
