We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s international team in Greece. You’ll be supporting some of the world’s most recognizable brands such as Mercedes, Netflix, Zalando, and many more.

Whether you already live in Greece or are ready for a fresh start abroad, our client will support your move with paid flights and hotel accommodation during your first weeks! 🇬🇷

🔧 Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, chats, messages, and emails.
• Build lasting customer relationships through open and engaging communication.
• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and procedures.

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in one of the following languages:

• German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish).
• Good English proficiency (used for training and internal communication).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to different personality types.
• A valid EU passport (required to work legally in Greece).
