Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong & deep analysis and critical to map complexity of business processes (Flow Chart, etc.) and translate them into actionable requirements. Excellence in communication both verbal and written. Strong Business Sense to identify and address business challenges. Well Understanding of change management principles to effectively manage and communicate changes in business processes and systems. Proficient in using business analysis tools, documentation tools, and project management software, and UI wireframe tools (Whimsical, Figma, etc). The Ability to create FSD, TSD, BRD, and User Manual
