Position Summary
As B2B Key Account Manager Hospitality, you will be responsible for the growth of the Nespresso footprint within the Belgian Hospitality key account universe (International Key Accounts like Accor and Hilton as well as all national chains of hospitality and foodservice that have a minimum annual consumption of 100K coffees and at least 5 venues in their portfolio).
Your main mission is to grow the KA Hospitality business by acquiring new customers as well as by developing your portfolio of around 30 existing accounts. You will have a big focus on growing and broadening the Nespresso presence in hotels by rolling out the full venue approach.
You bring the Nespresso Hospitality strategy to live by implementing commercial and marketing activities aiming to (over-)achieve the yearly growth objectives.
Important: This role requires regular travel, and full professional proficiency in both Dutch and French is mandatory for effective negotiation.
A day in the life of a B2B Key Account Manager Hospitality
analyze and know the market, be on top of future trends and developments by a hands-on approach and by leveraging a strong network of trendsetters and important decision makers and influencers
build your annual account plan for the customers in your portfolio
collaborate closely with your B2B stakeholders (marketing, sales support, customer relationship center, …) to grow the value and lifetime of your customers
acquire new key accounts by activating your prospection plan and by leveraging your network and your presence at events
bring the right value speech and offer, together with your colleagues, all support needed to convince prospects to sign up for Nespresso, to assure their smooth onboarding and to extend their lifetime
establish your monthly sales forecast, analyze the performance of the customers in your scope and take appropriate actions to (over-)achieve the Business KPI’s
manage your own budget (allowances, commercial gestures, ...) and offer support to the co-pilot to set accruals and manage the kickback bonuses
What Will Make You Successful
university degree in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equal through experience
fluency in Dutch and French, proficiency in English
3 - 5 years of (key account) sales experience with proven track in previous sales roles
ideally having an existing relevant (hotel) key account network and experience in value- and consultancy selling
affinity with premium brands and strong passion for the product
having strong work ethics and integrity
persistent and convincing
relationship builder with strong interpersonal and very good networking skills
creative, open mind and solution focused
energized by tough challenges
able to act independently respecting company policies, guidelines and strategies
excellent analytical skills
ability to work under pressure
