Quality Assurance Tester

About the Company

Our client is a global B2B liquidity and technology provider specializing in the crypto and FX space. The company base includes licensed brokers, exchanges, hedge and crypto funds, and institutional clients. They deliver high-performance fintech solutions and are expanding their mobile engineering capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Perform manual and automated testing of Android mobile products (features, bug fixes, releases).
• Write and maintain clean, scalable automation test suites using native Android tools (Kotlin, JUnit, Ultron, etc.).
• Analyze failing tests, triage bugs, and work with developers to ensure high-quality feature delivery.
• Participate in daily team rituals (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
• Use tools like Android Studio, ADB, Charles Proxy, and Gradle to test and debug.
• Actively advocate for quality across the product team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years in QA, including at least 3 years testing mobile apps (Android).
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience in writing automated tests in Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Android Studio, adb, Gradle, and automation frameworks (JUnit, Ultron, etc.).
• Familiar with debugging/network tools: Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or Proxymon.
• Experience with CI/CD environments, preferably GitLab.
• An understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.
• Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Russian, English - B2

Good to Have

• Experience with queues, messaging, or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with additional mobile automation tools or frameworks.
