Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients by phone.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand market share.
• Advise clients based on their needs to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Track activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

• You are fluent in both French and Dutch, and English is a plus.
• Ideally, you have some first experience in B2B remote sales.
• You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• You easily connect with clients.
• You enjoy advising, persuading, and building strong relationships.
• You're open to working from either Brussels or Antwerp.
