Location: Brussels (2 days per week remote)

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

Following tasks will be performed by the external service provider:

? Definition of functional analysis, use cases, and mock-ups.

? Preparation of technical background documents and presentations for the Technical Working Group sessions, with Member States.

? Preparation and follow up of exchanges with Member States and stakeholders, such as surveys, enquiries and specific requests.

? Management of project schedule.

? Development and maintenance of project schedule.

? Coordination and review of activities performed by the team, and prioritisation of tasks.

? Reporting of progress, issues and risks.

? Assistance with internal reporting to Management and Member States.

? Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers

? Interaction with the external contractors.

Profil candidat:
Bachelor and Master degree in IT.

Total years of experience 15!

CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:
Following certificates & standards are required for the performance of tasks:

? Certified in PM2 or equivalent certification
