The future Administrative Assistant will carry out all administrative tasks relating to mail and banking values handling, but will also support colleagues from Adm &Controls (Facilities Operations) (see last 2 activities) & Hostesses (Guest relations) when necessary.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, registered letters and incoming/outgoing bank values
  • Scan incoming mail and broadcast it to internal recipients.
  • Organise the transport of values on behalf of the bank's internal customers (check approvals, insurance cover, transport arrangements)
  • Follow-up registered and express shipments
  • Ensure the bank's telephone reception (switchboard) alternating with Hostesses
  • Checking invoices relating to the department's activities
  • Update the phone directory.
  • Calculate canteen billing
  • Be able to manage the bank's paper archives (accounting days and Streff)
  • Be able to carry out various administrative tasks (encoding and requests for technical assistance, checking canteen KPIs, cleaning REL Admin)

Knowledge And Experience

  • Education : Minimum high school diploma (BAC), or any training in business administration.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as Administrative Assistant
