For a manufacturing company, we are recruiting a CNC Milling Operator.
As a CNC Milling Operator you are responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components.
This job includes basic machine maintenance, quality control, and documentation of production data and requires working in a two-shift system (6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).
A competitive salary will be offered based on skills and experience, along with meal vouchers, internal training, and 12 additional vacation days per year within a 40-hour workweek.
key responsibilities
Set up, operate, and program CNC milling machines
Convert machines according to work orders
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Monitor continuous supply of raw materials
Conduct quality inspections and measurements
Register and document production data accurately
Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area
qualification
Experience with Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Siemens CNC controls
Ability to read technical drawings and operate measuring tools such as calipers
Flexibility to work in early and late shifts
Good knowledge of Dutch or willingness to learn
Forklift license and experience operating overhead cranes and hoists are considered an asset
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
Team player with a hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
