CNC Milling Operator

For a manufacturing company, we are recruiting a CNC Milling Operator.

As a CNC Milling Operator you are responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components.

This job includes basic machine maintenance, quality control, and documentation of production data and requires working in a two-shift system (6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).

A competitive salary will be offered based on skills and experience, along with meal vouchers, internal training, and 12 additional vacation days per year within a 40-hour workweek.

key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program CNC milling machines
• Convert machines according to work orders
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Monitor continuous supply of raw materials
• Conduct quality inspections and measurements
• Register and document production data accurately
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area

qualification

• Experience with Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Siemens CNC controls
• Ability to read technical drawings and operate measuring tools such as calipers
• Flexibility to work in early and late shifts
• Good knowledge of Dutch or willingness to learn
• Forklift license and experience operating overhead cranes and hoists are considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
