For a manufacturing company, we are recruiting a CNC Turning Operator.
The CNC Turning Operator is responsible for operating one or more CNC lathes, including machine setup and conversions according to specific assignments. The role also involves performing basic maintenance, conducting quality checks, and documenting production data. This is a two-shift position (6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00).
A competitive salary is offered based on experience and skills, along with meal vouchers, internal training, and 12 additional vacation days per year within a 40-hour workweek.
key responsibilities
Operate one or more CNC lathes
Convert machines in line with work assignments
Perform maintenance on the machines
Conduct quality checks using technical drawings and measuring tools such as calipers
Register and document production data accurately
Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the workspace
qualification
Technical background with eagerness to learn
Experience with CNC machines is essential
Preferably previous experience as a CNC machine operator
Forklift and overhead crane certification are considered an asset
Good knowledge of Dutch or willingness to learn
Problem-solving mindset with a flexible and hands-on attitude
Team player with strong attention to detail and quality
