Credit Control Manager

Your Responsibilities as a Credit Control Manager :

• Define and lead regional credit strategy and risk management
• Assess creditworthiness and manage the credit portfolio
• Develop and enforce credit policies and ensure compliance
• Oversee collections and drive timely cash recovery
• Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership
• Lead and develop the credit & collections team
• Collaborate across departments to resolve credit issues
• Drive process improvements and support key projects

Your Profile :

• You hold a degree in finance, business, or a related field
• You bring 10 years' finance experience, including team leadership
• You are analytical, communicative, and confident using credit tools and systems
• You speak fluent English; other languages are a plus
• You are strategic, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment
