People Operations Associate – Remote (Europe)

They’re looking for a People Operations Associate to help scale their culture and operations as the team grows.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and culture. You'll support the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, help streamline HR operations, and be a go-to person for team happiness and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR admin tasks across multiple countries.
• Own and improve internal processes for employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Work closely with People & Culture leads to execute engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from team members.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive remote culture through async-friendly communication and events.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in People Ops, HR, or a similar role—bonus points for startup/remote experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for great employee experience and company culture.
• Familiarity with HR tools like BambooHR, Deel, Personio, or similar.
• You’re based in Europe and comfortable working in a fully distributed team.
