Location: Hybrid – Remote (EU-based) On-site at European Investment Bank

Contract Type: Time & Materials

Duration: 02/06/2025 – 31/12/2025 (with possible 4-month extension)

Workload: 140 person-days (84 remote / 56 on-site)

About The Role

We’re looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to support the IRIS - NCLS Stream – a flagship project modernizing the Bank’s core lending system using the PEGA platform.

You’ll work closely with the Front-Office Lending team to shape the future of lending operations across Europe .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
• Document business & functional requirements (yes, you'll actually write useful specs!)
• Act as a key bridge between business & IT teams
• Support testing, migration & data cleaning activities
• Design and enhance process maps, functional architecture, and conceptual data models
  
  

Requisitos

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• 3 years as a Business Analyst in bank lending processes
• Experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban)
• Hands-on with testing financial IT applications
• Proficient in JIRA and Visio
• Great at business process modeling (UML, BPMN)
• Strong written English (C1) for specs, docs, and communication
  
  

Working Setup

• 84 remote days (must be based in an EU country)
• 56 on-site days at EIB
