We are Serbyte IT, a young and dynamic company within the multinational group Seidor, and we are looking for a User documentation and Training specialist with at least 15 years of experience.
Tasks
- Design, prepare, and deliver basic training courses, and update these courses with each new version of the applications for all users in the Directorates-General (DGs) and Cabinets.
- Develop and update training materials, including writing user manuals, course scripts, FAQs, creating e-learning videos, online help, writing web pages, testing new application versions, in close collaboration with application managers and project managers.
- Provide first-level training support to users, primarily via email and phone.
- Interact with stakeholders (clients, users, project managers, and developers).
- Conduct tests when requested by the project manager.
Requirements
✅Ability to work efficiently and quickly, strong organizational and time management skills, autonomy, presentation of technical and business content, adaptability to changing technologies, and technical document writing skills.
✅Advanced level of English and French
✅Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
✅Experience in writing training documentation (manuals, quick guides, FAQs, tutorial videos).
✅Proven experience in user support.
✅Knowledge of tools such as GIMP, ITIL, HTML, Flash, Visio, Confluence, Captivate, Camtasia.
