Business Manager

SII Belgium is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Manager to join our sales team in Brussels - Zaventem. Your mission will be to develop our positioning with key accounts, with the support of an united team. If you have a passion for new technologies, are a good listener and enjoy the challenge of convincing new customers, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities :

• Develop business: prospecting, responding to calls for tender, negotiating customer contracts, building loyalty among key accounts.
• Provide solutions tailored to customer needs and build relationships based on trust and proximity.
• Participate in the recruitment of teams of consultants: help draw up the recruitment plan, participate in the selection of candidates and in interviews.
• Manage and support consultants in their career development. Bring together all stakeholders in our growth project.
• Be involved in the company's strategy to ensure it is adapted to the local market.

Profile required:

• Desired qualities: Audacious, persevering, clever, team player, committed
• Excellent communication, negotiation and team-building skills
• Motivated by the quest for results
• Experience in a consulting firm, in a sales or engineering position preferred
• One or more relevant experiences in business development
• Knowledge of IT or engineering is a plus
• Master's degree in business or engineering
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French
• A valid driving license
