French/Dutch Field Sales Manager

Location: Belgium, work from home with extensive (national) travel

Role: French/Dutch speaking Field Sales Manager BENELUX

Salary: Basic salary of 45,000€-65,000€ gross per year (depending on experience) monthly uncapped commissions plus company car

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week

The Company

Our client is a software provider specializing in solutions for businesses in the food service, catering, and related industries. One of their flagship product helps professionals in these sectors transition their Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) processes into digital formats, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. For their operations in the BENELUX they are looking to recruit a new Field Sales Manager with fluent French and Dutch.

The Role

As a Field Sales Manager you will play a vital role in our client's growth trajectory in the Belgium, Dutch and Luxembourgian market. The role will be 70% business development with cold calling and field prospecting and 30% of your time will be on focusing on on-boarding new customers, delivering training and account management. This is a work from home role in Belgium with extensive field sales travel through Belgium, Southerns part of the Netehrlands and Luxembourg. This role would suit someone who can work independently, has field sales experience and who has both the hunter skills to get new clients signed up, but also has the right soft skills to train clients on the software.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and Dutch
• A good command of English is a plus
• We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in field prospecting and achieving sales targets
• Experience in the food or catering industry would be advantageous.
• Experience with CRM database systems, Salesforce being a plus
• Excellent communication and soft skills
