We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Operational Supply Chain Lead to support launches of commercial radiopharmaceutical products from a technical, documentation and operational perspective in the region, following GMP standards in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong cross-functional mastery of Supply Chain - including purchasing, production and logistics of pharmaceutical kits and radioactive patient doses – as well as extensive experience in project management and pharmaceutical product lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities:

  • CDMO/Supplier Selection and Management: Select and manage Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) and suppliers involved in ANMI line, or under the direct responsibility of Telix Innovations (TISA) and its GMP certification.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and improve Supply Chain operational processes related to the manufacturing of radioactive, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Excipients, Compounding, and Magisterial preparation products in EMEA, following local GMP Rules. Monitor the performance of supply chain operations through KPIs.
  • Design and Specifications: Collaborate with internal teams to define secondary packaging specifications and design, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and following local GMP Rules.
  • Technology Transfer, Testing, and Validation: Coordinate the technology transfer process, testing, and validating processes for outsourced radioactive product manufacturing.
  • Supply chain infrastructure management: Oversee equipment management and ensure proper documentation for quality assurance, including Deviation, Change, Risk, and Compliance management. Develop, update, and enhance standard operating procedures, work instructions, and documentation for managing supply chain operations related to clinical and commercial product manufacturing.
  • Coordination of Supply Chain Operations: Coordinate schedules and operations for radioactive and non-radioactive products, ensuring efficient production and adherence to timelines and region objectives. Establish workflows and operational procedures for procurement, acceptance, storage, labeling, secondary packaging, and distribution of radiopharmaceutical products outsourced to CDMOs.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation: Conduct risk assessments, define mitigation action plan and implement necessary safety measures.

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree with a focus on supply chain management.
  • 5 years of proven experience in supply chain management, within the pharmaceuticals, packaging or chemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of GMDP, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills in the context of new product integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems under tight deadlines.
