📍 Eindhoven (Hybrid possible)

💰 €4500 – €6500 per month

💻 Full-time (32-40 hours)

About the Company:

This Eindhoven-based scale-up is building AI-driven tech to help businesses manage energy smarter. With their smart Energy Management System, they’re cutting emissions, lowering energy bills, and keeping the grid stable — one project at a time.

Working with major players in the Netherlands, they’re expanding fast across Belgium and Germany. You’ll be joining a team that’s passionate about tech, ownership, and making an actual impact in the energy transition.

You’ll Be:

• Leading energy projects from start to finish
• Working closely with partners and internal teams to keep everything on track
• Guiding stakeholders through each phase, keeping communication clear and effective
• Supporting automation and ops improvements with the development team
• Preparing tenders and managing RFIs like a pro

You’ll Bring:

• 5 years of experience managing technical projects
• A degree (HBO or higher) in a technical field
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• A structured, hands-on, solution-focused mindset
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Experience in the energy or electrical sector
• Bonus: experience with commercial tenders
