As Communication Manager, you steer Trasis’ communication strategy to reinforce its visibility, credibility and appeal, in line with its objectives, values and brand image.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Business Unit Directors, you coordinate a team dedicated to the design, production and distribution of content and multi-channel communications (digital, media, print, events, internal communications, etc.). You act as a key partner for the Sales, HR, R&D and General Management departments.

Your mission is to ensure the consistency, impact and quality of all Trasis communications – whether internal or external, written, visual or oral – so that they are :

  • aligned with the Group’s global strategy
  • clear, innovative and engaging for target audiences (form, readability, message fluidity, visual appeal…),
  • value-generating (awareness, qualified leads, recruitment, partnerships).

As Communications Manager, you are responsible for the “voice” of Trasis, both in terms of content (positioning, messages, storytelling) and form (tone, aesthetics, brand experience). You ensure that every medium distributed creates added value.

Finally, you design, plan and orchestrate all external events (trade shows, conferences, symposia, open days, webinars) and internal events (HR events, employer branding, cohesion moments) with the aim of :

  • promote Trasis products and solutions,
  • support sales growth and strategic partnerships,
  • promote the company’s expertise to healthcare professionals (hospitals, (radio)pharmaceutical industries, research centers),
  • reinforce Trasis’ attractiveness to talent and job seekers.

Responsibilities

1. Define and implement communications strategy

  • Translate Trasis’ vision and positioning into a clear, coherent and differentiating brand strategy.
  • Define and manage the Group’s external and internal communications strategy.
  • Ensure cross-functional messages and consistency between media, in liaison with management, HR, sales and business units.
  • Prioritize targets and channels to optimize the impact and profitability of actions (B2B customers, partners, candidates, employees, etc.).

2. Content creation and supervision

  • Guarantee the quality, consistency and effectiveness of communications media (press releases, articles, posts, videos, presentations, brochures, newsletters, etc.).
  • Supervise the production of written and visual content with a high level of editorial standards (spelling, style, tone, impact).
  • Ensure that each piece of content or action creates tangible added value: commercial impact, image, conversion or engagement.

3. Coordination of communications activities

  • Organize and coordinate communications around corporate highlights: launches, announcements, partnerships, results, corporate milestones.
  • Plan and lead an international editorial and events calendar, in line with departmental priorities (sales, HR, BUs, etc.).
  • Work with local teams and distributors to adapt messages and ensure their proper execution in each zone.

4. Events

  • Design, organize and manage external events: trade shows, conferences, symposia, open days, webinars, etc.
  • Orchestrate internal events: HR activities, team building, employer brand events.
  • Oversee the logistics, service providers, product support and internal coordination required to make events a success.
  • Reinforce team dynamics and employee commitment to these events.

5. Budget monitoring and performance management

  • Manage communication budgets and optimize investments.
  • Set up measurement tools to assess the impact of actions taken (sales returns, lead generation, brand awareness, recruitment, internal feedback, etc.).
  • Adjust actions and trade-offs according to results and observed ROI.

6. Team management and function structuring

  • Structure the communications team, defining roles, objectives, priorities and planning.
  • Recruit, train and support team members in their development.
  • Define team processes, tools and KPIs.
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative work climate that fosters individual empowerment.

7. Communication culture

  • Sensitize internal teams to the importance of quality communications, including operational and HR materials.
  • Promote a culture of clarity, impact and consistency in all internal and external interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with the Trasis brand’s standards of quality, image and tone.

Profile

  • You have a degree in communications, marketing, economics, business or an equivalent field.
  • You have at least 8 years’ experience in a similar position, with a confirmed management role.
  • You have significant experience in complex B2B or technological environments, ideally in Medtech, pharma, high-tech industry or healthcare in an international context.
  • Excellent command of French and English (minimum level C1 oral and written).
  • You have a solid understanding of marketing issues and communication codes in sectors with high technological and scientific added value.
  • You are familiar with digital communication tools and platforms and new technologies.
  • You have a good level of graphic culture and the ability to supervise visual content (in-house or via agency).
  • You have excellent writing skills and the ability to simplify complex content while maintaining high standards.
  • A flair for storytelling, clear messaging and brand-building.
  • You are a caring and inspiring leader, able to structure a team and help it grow.
  • Rigor in project management: organization, anticipation, prioritization, meeting deadlines.
  • You have the ability to manage a budget and arbitrate actions based on performance indicators.
  • You are at ease working cross-functionally, with a variety of contacts (management, sales, HR, technical, etc.).
  • You have an analytical and synthetic mind.
  • You are autonomous and have a sense of responsibility.
  • You have a taste for teamwork and inter-departmental cooperation.
  • You are proactive, creative and curious.
  • Results-oriented and impact-oriented.
