Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Analysis of Business requirements.
• Documentation of Business requirements.
• Business model and process analysis.
• Business processes modelling.
• Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
• Risk analysis.
• Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.
• Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
• Supporting the development by the team and iteratively testing the solutions

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree
• Business analysis certification or training is a plus.
• Have 11 years of experience, out of which 5 years' experience in business and functional analysis.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with UML, BPMN, JIRA, and ArchiMate.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is advantageous.
• Proficient in analysis methods and techniques (UML, BPMN, context diagrams, use cases, user stories, etc.) and tools, with strong SQL knowledge for database consultation.
• Solid understanding of information systems.
• Strong knowledge of analysis and modeling tools and techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams).
• Familiarity with Wiki and collaborative platforms.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as RUP and Agile.
• Experience in creating detailed functional analysis documentation, including UML diagrams, use cases, and mock-ups.
• Experience in designing multilayer applications and integration points.
• Expertise in agile project management, including backlog management, grooming and refinement sessions, iterative planning, delivery, estimation techniques, and incremental development.
• Testing experience, including design, execution, and documentation.
• Proficient in web application development.
Proficiency in English language at C1 level
