Hours: Part-time contracts (21h, 28h/week)

Contract: Temporary contract initially but can lead to permanent contract.

Your Responsabilities

• Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor, in the fitting rooms, and at the checkout to provide and outstanding shopping experience.
• Listen to customer feedback to help improve our products and services, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
• Work collaboratively with your team, supporting one another to create a strong and high-performing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized store layout, making it easy for customers to discover our collections.
• Process deliveries and ensure products are well-presented on the shop floor.
  
  
  

PROFILE

• You have have a genuine passion for customer satisfaction, even if you don't have previous retail experience.
• You enjoy teamwork and working towards shared goals.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• You are eager to learn and grow within the company.
• You are available to work weekends ( Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shifts ( morning and evening).
• You have the legal right to work in Belgium without visa sponsorship.
