Junior Risk Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Operational Risk Management

• Collaborate with the Group Enterprise Risk Management Function to maintain the Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Analyze incidents and loss events in operational processes, working closely with the incident/loss originator.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions to prevent future loss events.
• Assist departments with Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) and help define risk mitigating controls and measures.
• Review RCSA results and provide advice on operational risk-related questions.

ICT Risk Management (Information and Communications Technology)

• Work with the Group ICT Risk Management Function to maintain the ICT Risk Management Framework.
• Analyze operational ICT processes in relation to DORA and CSSF ICT risk requirements.
• Perform ICT risk assessments on ICT assets and maintain the ICT risk inventory.
• Advise internal stakeholders on DORA and CSSF ICT risk requirements.
• Interact with CSSF regarding DORA and general ICT risk matters.

Your Skills and Experience:

• First experience in the fund business, such as working at a Big4 or a fund service provider.
• Strong affinity for IT and processes.
• Interest in regulatory frameworks related to operational and ICT risk.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
