📍 Location: Belgium (Hybrid/flexible options)

💶 Salary Range: €3,000 – €5,000 gross/month (Total package: €50–80k/year, potentially more depending on profile)

🗣 Languages: English required (French or Dutch a plus)

My client are expanding their Inside Sales team and looking for two motivated individuals to help drive commercial success from the inside out.

If you're organised, curious, and excited by complex technical projects—even if you're not an engineer—this could be your next big move.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Support sales activities and collaborate with external sales teams
• Prepare structured, detailed proposals for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical solutions (you won’t create them—but you’ll know how to sell them!)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically over a 3-week cycle
• Grow with us: this role can be a stepping stone toward an external sales career

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A detail-oriented, structured, and common-sense approach to work
• Strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and understand technical solutions
• Interest in engineering or industrial projects is a big plus
• Team players with excellent communication skills
• English fluency is essential; French or Dutch is a strong advantage
• All levels of experience welcome—attitude and mindset matter most
