Starting hiring base salary CAD $40,500$50,500 / USD $38,000 – 48,000*

What you will be doing:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and track all operational requests through to resolution:
    • Support in managing day to day incentive escalations on behalf of GE Appliances
    • Provide summary escalation reporting directly to GE Appliances
    • Support and provide training on operational processes where applicable
  • Support Program Intake processes (New and existing programs)
    • Provide operational support and training to all ASM's
    • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure program launches are on track
    • Create and maintain workback schedules
  • Support Technology requests
    • Provide oversight on technology requests
    • Attend and support technical meetings
    • Provide oversight and support for SPIFF planning tool
  • Reporting
    • Support internal GE Appliances stakeholders with reporting requests
    • Support internal GE Appliances stakeholders with training on reporting functionality
  • Marketing requests (Intake, Support, Follow up)
    • Support internal 360 team members with marketing calendars and workback schedules
    • Support GE Appliances marketing calendar by communicating with 360 marketing teams
  • VIP/Client Support
    • Collaborate with 360 GE Appliances VIP team to support process improvements
    • Support training initiatives with 360 teams
    • Support training for all GE Appliances stakeholders
  • Customer Care (Training, Support, Follow Up, Reporting)
    • Support and organize ongoing training with the 360 customer care team
    • Provide scorecard reporting to the GE Appliances team as required
  • Support cross functional communications and updates within GE Appliances
  • Support with the maintenance of all NPS and support scorecards
  • Update and support with maintenance of all documentation
  • Attend and support with all operational/marketing focused calls
