Job Posting for Jump Crew at Aerosports Parks Brampton
Our Jump Crew positions require highly energetic and enthusiastic people who have the ability and assertiveness to enforce the park rules. The ideal candidate must have great customer service skills and the ability to multi task by monitoring different areas on the trampolines, and throughout the park. Previous experience working on or being on a team(s) is a definite asset.
Responsibilities
Ability to enforce and monitor guest compliance with Rules and Regulations
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers/children
Collaborate with other team members to assist in the facilitation of parties/events
Referee Dodgeball games, facilitate contests & games in all areas of the park
Monitor Attractions & Trampoline Arenas
Complete appropriate incident reports for accidents/incidents
Required to work evenings, weekends regularly and statutory holidays
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Desired Skills
Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Minimum 16 years of age (unless classed as a Summer Student)
Energetic and outgoing personality
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Customer service experience
Current First Aid and CPR is mandatory
