Responsibilities:

Candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills, business acumen, and a commitment to delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for guests while achieving financial goals.

1) Overall Operations Management

  • Assume responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of the trampoline park.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and employees.
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities, including trampoline areas, party rooms, and all other attractions.

2) Marketing and Sales:

  • Conceptualize and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Develop promotional events and partnerships to increase park visibility.
  • Assume responsibility for the sales performance and implement strategies to achieve all revenue targets.

3) Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff members, including supervisors, front desk personnel, event coordinators, and maintenance staff.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring highest levels of employee morale and motivation.
  • Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members.

4) Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided to all guests.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and encourage repeat business.

5) Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the trampoline park's budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.

6) Safety and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols for both guests and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain all documentation.

7) Facility Maintenance:

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the trampoline park.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all equipment are in good working condition.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

8) Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory levels for supplies, merchandise, and concessions.
  • Implement systems to track inventory, reorder supplies, and minimize waste.

9) Event Coordination:

  • Coordinate and oversee birthday parties, group events, and other special activities.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and execution of events.
