We are licensed with the Ministry of Environment for the collection, handling and transportation of most non-hazardous liquid industrial, hazardous liquid and hazardous solid waste classes.

We are currently recruiting for a Class 1 driver to work out of our Maple Ridge, British Columbia Facility. This is a full-time, permanent position with a total compensation plan including:

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials
• Operate transportation equipment to pick-up and deliver hazardous and non-hazardous materials and supplies
• Adhere to vehicle weight limits and ensure proper utilization of Aevitas equipment
• Responsible for the proper placarding of vehicles to meet TDGA requirements/regulations
• Responsible for maintaining daily logs, daily vehicle inspections, trip reports, and expense reports
• Ensure equipment is always mechanically sound and in good working order

Job Qualifications, Licences and Other Requirements

• Must hold a Class 1 license and clear 5 year commercial driver’s abstract
• Legally able to work in Canada
• Must be willing to do out of province runs as needed
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• Successfully complete a criminal records background check and security clearance
