Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in our team by providing top-notch customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Answering Phone Calls: Serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Handle incoming calls professionally, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
Staging Jobs: Coordinate with our technicians to schedule and stage jobs efficiently. Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are readily available to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Looking After Customers: Build strong relationships with our customers by actively listening to their concerns, resolving issues, and following up on service requests. Provide updates on job progress, offer maintenance tips, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Fluctuating Temperature Demand: Adapt to the changing demands of our industry, which fluctuate with temperature variations. Be prepared to handle high call volumes during peak seasons and provide exceptional service even under pressure.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Experience in the HVAC industry would be a bonus!
Time Management and multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team and build relationships with colleagues.
