Parts Department Person

Motorcycle Shop looking for a Parts Department Person. The position requires ordering/receiving parts orders for customers and shop. Having a background/inclination for mechanical parts related to motorcycle industry would be an beneficial. This job involves helping customers find the correct part, ordering, establishing and maintain inventory, coordinating with Service and Sales Department requests. Calling customers, dealing with walk in requests, computer entry, calculating pricing and profit margins. Some experience in retail would be preferable as well as a strong mechanical/parts knowledge for position competence.
