We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an administrative assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, assist if applicable, forward and transfer calls to appropriate parties in a professional manner
  • Greet clients and visitors of office in a professional manner. Provide responsive and friendly customer service
  • General word processing, entering data into spreadsheets, mail merges, outlook calendar coordination, etc. using all functions of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preparation and formatting of financial statements, and or/ process tax returns to be sent to clients including scanning, printing, and binding
  • Preparation of client invoices
  • Help maintain a clean, neat, and organized office environment
  • Able to adapt and continuously learn administrative tasks as technology changes and is upgraded

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingualism is a requirement for this role
  • College degree or certificate is considered an asset
