Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service both in-person, over the phone, or online
· Confirm condition of parts being sold, before and after removal
· Determining part prices, based off labour, market, and shipping costs
· Prepare parcels, complete shipping forms, and track shipments
· Create Quotes, Work Orders, Delivery Tickets, and Invoices
· Handle returns and warranty claims
· Handle forms of payment (cash, cheque, credit, debit, or e-Transfer)
Qualifications:
· Automotive parts knowledge (mechanical)
· Sales experience
· Ontario Secondary School Diploma and/or equivalent
· Reading and Writing aptitude
· Friendly and outgoing disposition
· Ability to work in a high-pace environment
· Basic computer knowledge and skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Hollander Powerlink)
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Works well within a team
