Our business is currently expanding our team, and we are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of “Accounts Supervisor - Financial Services Position” for our IT Consulting firm, Apex Bit Inc.
Apex Bit Inc. is a Canadian IT Consultation firm that is based out of Kleinberg Ontario, We are dedicated to providing businesses with the top-quality software development services.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English with great communication skills. Candidates must have a minimum education of a bachelor’s degree. We are looking for someone who holds experience in a similar position or field with a minimum of one (1) year to less than two (2) years.
Areas of experience and specialization must include computer and technology knowledge. Experience with programs such as Microsoft Office are crucial for potential candidates.
The candidate will be holding a supervisor position; therefore, you will be tasked to Recruit and hire staff and Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Other tasks and responsibilities will include, conducting performance reviews, preparing and submitting reports, and examining and verifying the accuracy of work. You also will establish work schedules and procedures and authorize routine deposits and withdrawals.
We are looking for a reliable, organized individual who has efficient interpersonal and written communication skills and is a team player. The ideal candidate must be accurate, and client focused and must be able to have excellent judgement, initiative and interpersonal awareness.
The work conditions and physical capabilities in this fast-paced workspace environment will require you to work under pressure with tight deadlines and large workloads at some points in time. It is crucial that the candidate is able to pay close attention to details for this position. Overtime hours is also required.
This is a permanent full time position the requires 37.5 hours per week with an hourly pay of $37.00/hour. Youth, Indigenous people, and newcomers to Canada are welcome and encouraged to apply.
There will be supervision of 3-4 individuals at a time. The work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Relocation costs are covered by the employer.
