AQUIRE FMS – Tech Support Coordinator
Tech Support Coordinator is responsible for National technical support of the AQUIRE FMS Predictive Equipment Monitoring (PEM) system during weekends for HVAC-R technicians throughout the country.
Responsibilities & Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Utilizing Predictive Equipment Monitoring (PEM) software to verify and confirm proper operating parameters of HVAC and Refrigeration systems and their performance levels.
· Review alarm database for HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and dispatch service requests based on findings and equipment assessment as required.
· Provide remote troubleshooting assistance for field technicians as required.
· Collect and compile operational data to assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for our Communication and Management Teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Remote HVAC automation system technical support experience (this would be considered an asset).
· Remote system monitoring and troubleshooting experience.
· Thorough understanding of control theories and concepts.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
· Must have strong interpersonal, communicational, and organizational skills.
· High level of attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment making educated decisions based on data review.
· Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer and company designs and technologies.
· Strong sense of organization, discipline, and task prioritization.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Remote Technical experience or related field experience.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
