In our pursuit of growth and expansion into new markets, we are currently seeking a dedicated Part Time Field Operations Person to contribute to our ongoing success story.

As a Field Operations Person, your key responsibilities will include:

• Cooperating with our customer service representatives to address outstanding issues between customers and cleaners
• Upholding Arelli Cleaning's professional image while engaging with clients and resolving their concerns
• Ensuring prompt follow-up with cleaning crews to address all issues and maintain exceptional service standards
• Overseeing new cleaning crew job starts to ensure client satisfaction

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates excellent English communication skills
• Is a quick learner with hands-on experience in the cleaning industry
• Is eager to contribute to a professional, transparent organization with significant growth potential

Essential Job Requirements:

• Part-Time Availability; Must be available mornings, afternoons and evenings and the weekend (20 hours per week).
• 5 years of experience in the commercial cleaning sector
• A valid Ontario driver's license in good standing and a reliable vehicle
• Proficient in using desktop and mobile applications for communication and data input

Preferred Qualities:

• A personable, outgoing individual who can comfortably engage with people from diverse backgrounds and expertise

Compensation:
