Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Job Duties:

• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices before dispatch
• Manage and process incoming payments from customers
• Track invoice dates and payment terms to ensure timely collection
• Send reminders and statements to clients regarding overdue payments
• Review invoices from vendors and suppliers for accuracy and completeness
• Manage and process outgoing payments to suppliers and vendors
• Prepare financial reports
• Maintain financial records
• Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
• Perform general office duties
• Communication with suppliers, vendors, clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Either a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent accounts payable and receivable experience
• Requires proficiency in accounting software, including:
  • Sage Accounting Software
  • MS Excel
  • MS Word
  • Internet

Transportation/travel Information:

Salary:

• $50,000- $62,000 (annually)
