Job Description: As a Production Worker at Aurora Furniture Manufacturing Ltd., you

will play a key role in crafting the structural foundations of our furniture pieces. You'll

work with wooden frames, ensuring they are sturdy and precisely sized for upholstery.

This position offers a dynamic environment where your skills will contribute to creating

top-quality furniture enjoyed by customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

 Construct wooden furniture frames according to specifications.

 Assemble furniture and fixture parts to create subassemblies and finished

products.

 Install hardware and components on furniture pieces.

 Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production area.

 Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

 Operate machinery and production line equipment effectively.

 Monitor the assembly process, identifying and correcting any quality issues.

 Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

 Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

 Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

 High school diploma or GED required.

 Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

 Familiarity with operating manufacturing machinery is preferred.

 Ability to work well in a team environment.

 Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

 Basic math skills and physical dexterity.

 Upholstery experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
