Objectives of this Role
- Represent our brand in a professional, successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
- Identify lead opportunities, as well as the potential for upsells
- Maintain or surpass sales quota expectations
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues
- Negotiating terms and payment options with clients
- Verifying credit applications
- Keeping all sales records stored for inventory processing
- Accompanying clients on test drives
- Assessing the value of trade-in vehicles
- Preparing all sales or lease paperwork and ensuring these will be processed and stored accordingly
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them
- Effectively utilize industry software and technology to improve the customer experience
- Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations
- Develop and apply in-depth product and services knowledge to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions
- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade-ins.
- Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
- Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Compensation
$35000 TO $100,000 PER YEAR, DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE
