Must have small engine repair background and knowledge of lawn mowers, chainsaws and other lawn equipment.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and fulfill them accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Over the counter part sales, new equipment sales, online parts sales/shipping, taking in and completing customer equipment repair service tickets, placing parts orders, and new equipment orders. Excellent computer skills required and general mechanical knowledge is an asset.
