Boketto Tea Bar, located in the heart of Wesgroup’s River District, is an artisanal bubble tea café renowned for serving the best Bubble tea, Liege Waffles, baked goods and Soft Serve. We take pride in providing a delightful experience to our customers through high-quality beverages and desserts.

**Job Title: Barista (Part-Time)**

**Responsibilities:**

- **Passionate Service:** We are seeking a Barista who is genuinely passionate about bubble tea and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for creating an exceptional customer experience.

- **Attention to Detail:** The role requires meticulous attention to detail in preparing and presenting beverages, menu items, and desserts. Baristas at Boketto Tea Bar are expected to maintain the high standards that our customers have come to expect.

- **Continuous Learning:** We value individuals with a willingness to learn and grow. The candidate should be open to training and adapting to new techniques and recipes to enhance their barista skills.

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive interaction at all times. Answering product-related questions from customers.

- **Cleanliness and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines. This includes regular cleaning of equipment and utensils.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and team player.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and evenings.

- Up to date Food Safe Level 1

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
